  • The role and limitations of tests in the selection process.

Participants of the program will become capable of:

  • Effectively applying the behavior-based interviewing method to explore candidates' past behavior.

  • Asking competency-based questions and drawing conclusions about their potential for success.

  • Planning and conducting structured interviews, optimizing the time allocated for the interview.

  • Interpreting information derived from candidates' behavior and identifying relevant competencies.

  • Becoming aware of their own interviewing style and minimizing the impact of subjective factors.
