  • Effective communication techniques in conflict situations (active listening, assertive communication).

  • Conflict management methods and strategies (problem-solving, negotiation).

  • The basic principles and steps of mediation as an alternative conflict resolution option.

Participants of the program will become capable of:

  • Recognizing and becoming aware of their own conflict management style and its strengths and weaknesses.

  • Analyzing conflict situations and identifying the underlying causes and interests.

  • Communicating effectively in conflict situations, reducing escalation.

  • Applying different conflict management methods according to the situation.

  • Utilizing mediation techniques to facilitate agreement between disputing parties.

  • Handling conflicts constructively and promoting positive outcomes in personal and organizational relationships.
