  • Giving Feedback: Acquiring constructive and developmental feedback techniques, communicating positive reinforcement and areas for improvement.

  • Coaching-Style Leadership: Applying a coaching mindset to support the individual development of team members, questioning techniques, and methods for unlocking potential.

  • Performance Evaluation: Designing and conducting objective and motivating performance evaluation processes, linking goal setting and development plans.

  • (Optional) Conflict Management in a leadership role.
