The "Leadership Academy" is a comprehensive training program that develops the key competencies necessary for becoming a successful leader. Built on four modules, the training provides participants with in-depth self-awareness, effective team leadership techniques, methods for managing stakeholder relationships, and professional interviewing skills.

Leadership Self-Awareness: Exploring values, strengths, areas for development; leadership styles and their impact; developing emotional intelligence.

Effective Team Leadership: Increasing motivation and commitment; delegation and task allocation; performance management and feedback; developing team building and collaboration.

Stakeholder Management: Identifying and analyzing key stakeholders; effective communication and relationship building with them; managing interests and influence.

Interviewing Techniques: Planning and conducting structured interviews; competency-based questioning techniques; candidate evaluation methods; ensuring a positive candidate experience.
