Leadership Academy

The "Leadership Academy" is a comprehensive training program that develops the key competencies necessary for becoming a successful leader. Built on four modules, the training provides participants with in-depth self-awareness, effective team leadership techniques, methods for managing stakeholder relationships, and professional interviewing skills.

2 days per modules

Training Topics:

  • Leadership Self-Awareness: Exploring values, strengths, areas for development; leadership styles and their impact; developing emotional intelligence.

  • Effective Team Leadership: Increasing motivation and commitment; delegation and task allocation; performance management and feedback; developing team building and collaboration.

  • Stakeholder Management: Identifying and analyzing key stakeholders; effective communication and relationship building with them; managing interests and influence.

  • Interviewing Techniques: Planning and conducting structured interviews; competency-based questioning techniques; candidate evaluation methods; ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • (Optional additional module) Fundamentals of Change Management in a leadership role.

  • (Optional additional module) Fundamentals of Strategic Thinking and Planning.

Participants of the program will become capable of:

  • Gaining deeper self-awareness and consciously applying their leadership strengths.

  • Leading motivated and effective teams, increasing performance and satisfaction.

  • Successfully managing relationships with various stakeholders and influencing them to achieve goals.

  • Conducting professional interviews and selecting the most suitable candidates.

  • Communicating and collaborating effectively at different levels and in various situations.

  • Navigating leadership challenges confidently and developing their leadership effectiveness.
